Dynamic washers are machines used for washing moderately soiled and shredded plastic waste, such as: PP, PVC packaging, PET bottles, shredded big bag materials, e.g. LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE, PP, PVC, PS,
household chemical waste, and many others

The washers offered by ERFOR are easy-to-use and reliable devices that can be configured into a more efficient washing system – a dynamic cascade (tandem – 2 x 30 kW, 2 x 55 kW or 2 x 75 kW).

Multi-point water dosing for screen washers (cleaning system) and active contaminant removal ensure more efficient operation, and dynamic feeding movement is possible thanks to rotating rotor blades. The extended screen section (1400 mm) significantly improves washing quality, and the removal of excess water is ensured by the use of an acid-resistant steel screen. The use of 2 screen segments makes maintenance easier for the washers.
