Erfor® Plastic Recycling Extruder

Optimized for processing a wide range of polymers: PE | LDPE | HDPE | LLDPE | PP | PS | ABS ♻️

The modern Erfor® recycling extruder is an advanced plasticizing machine designed for uncompromising performance, the highest purity of regranulate, and maximum operational ergonomics. Designed for continuous processing of both difficult-to-process film waste and plastic regrind, it serves as a key component of high-efficiency pelletizing lines.

Key technological advantages and benefits of Erfor®

1. Industrial-grade capacity of up to 2,500 kg/h

The well-thought-out design of the plasticizing system and the optimized screw geometry guarantee stable feed of raw material and record-breaking throughput of up to 2,500 kg/h. The machine is designed for stable, continuous operation (24/7).

2. Hybrid heating and cooling system

Our proprietary hybrid temperature management system precisely controls the plasticizing process at every stage of the barrel. This ensures ideal mixing of the polymer melt without the risk of overheating or thermal degradation, which translates to the preservation of high mechanical properties in the recycled material.

3. 50% More Efficient Degassing of Byproducts

The extruder is equipped with high-performance vacuum degassing zones. The system removes moisture, residual gases, odors, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) generated during processing. The result is dense, compact pellets free of microbubbles and porosity.

4. Unmatched resin purity—99.9%

An integrated, automatic melt filtration system effectively removes solid contaminants (including paper, sand, metal particles, and unmelted inclusions). The resulting regranulate has a purity of 99.9%, allowing it to be used in demanding end-use applications.

5. Improved Hygiene and Working Comfort (Erfor® Standard)

20% Noise Reduction: Thanks to modern acoustic insulation and vibration damping systems, the machine significantly improves acoustic conditions on the production floor.

45% reduction in dust: The compact, sealed enclosure limits dust emissions in the feeding and processing areas, helping to maintain cleanliness in the facility.

6. Thoughtful Design and Service from Erfor®

Compact design: The minimalist Erfor Practical Design enclosure makes it easy to keep the machine clean and provides quick service access to key components.

Energy efficiency: The use of the latest drives reduces electricity consumption per kilogram of processed plastic.

Full support and service: When you purchase Erfor® equipment, you gain access to warranty and post-warranty service, online diagnostics, and direct support from the Polish manufacturer (Koltex PRS).

Our extruders are also available in a more efficient system—the cascade system (a tandem of two machines).
